Migration Assistant

A case management system for immigration to Germany. It turns a stack of personal documents into a structured case profile, reasons about the legal pathway, and fills the official application forms.

What it does

• Document intake and OCRUpload passports, CVs, diplomas, contracts and visa packets. A nine-stage pipeline splits multi-document PDFs, reads every page, and reconciles the extracted data.
• Case profileExtracted facts land in one structured profile per applicant, with clear rules about which document may set which field.
• Pathway reasoningAn AI reasoning engine, grounded in German residence law, checks which residence titles fit the case and names what is still missing.
• Form fillingThe profile fills official German PDF forms, such as residence permit applications and address registration, ready for review and export.
